And we’re back. Six hours of off time is better than nothing, but it sure feels like I barely got a break.
First 10 minutes back and I have my first problem – a driver cannot see our massive black flag board! We had to red flag the race and send a corner worker out to tell the driver to pit. Gets a steward a little upset.
We’ve got about 35 active on track with #63 Simon Says still leading the way, but #691 is only a few seconds behind and #69 is one lap back. The leaders have only lost 2 seconds a lap in the dark so the rest of the field is going to have a hard time making up any ground tonight.
Quiet is good when you race at night and I hope we stay that way.
